Journal Daily:
Reflecting through writing gives us the ability to choose between positive
and negative thoughts. Write your why and develop your story.
Drink a Glass of Water Each Meal:
Being hydrated decreases random food cravings, flushes out waste, and
helps regulate blood pressure.
A Mile a Day Keeps the Doctor Away:
It’s summer! Block out 15 minutes a day to disconnect from technology
and walk a mile. Appreciate nature, wave to neighbors, and enjoy the most
natural human exercise.
Have a Personal Hobby:
Do something for pure joy. Don’t try to get anything out of it, just enjoy it.
It’ll help you more than you ever know.
Compete with Yourself:
You’ll never be perfect, but why not be as close as possible. Be better than
you were the day before and let your story unfold.
