healthy. It does not happen overnight, but you can make progress daily. Here are
3 ways you can invest in your health daily.

Control Your Actions:
The mind is the most powerful tool we have. If we cannot control our mind,
our emotions will control our actions. Emotions and circumstances will
continue to change, but the ethical code that we make our decisions based
on should not.
More money or fame is not going to make you happy. Staying busy to
avoid time alone is not the answer. Meditating is really just staying still and
observing the mind. Listen to it, don’t run from your problems. You do not
gain anything from meditating, you lose the negativity.

Find Your Purpose:
Why are you here? There has to be more to life than just living to die. Take
some time to think of ways you can make a positive impact on the
community you are a part of. Find a way to leave each place better than
the way you found it.

You don’t find your purpose in one night, you reveal it throughout life.
When someone you love passes away, you think about how their life
helped you. It may not seem like it now, but you leave an impact on every
person that you interact with. How do you want to be remembered?

Take Care of Your Body:
I love the car analogy regarding taking care of your body. Make sure you’re
putting the right fuel in, keep it running smooth, and take it to the shop if
something seems off.
Follow the 80-20 rule. You should be eating healthy food, exercising, and
getting good sleep 80% of the time. Theres nothing wrong with eating out
with friends, taking days off, or staying up late to watch late night TV here
and there.
